The Office of Institutional Research (OIR) is responsible for campus-wide institutional research activities and initiatives, including the organization, collection and analysis of campus data in response to requests from internal and external organizations.

  • Fall 2015 - Student Enrollment: 3,144; Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Residents/Fellows: 1,532; Postdocs: 1,097.
  • We had 931 new students in the fall 2015 entering class, including 64% female, 60% California residents, 20% first generation college graduates, and 40% who were the first generation to graduate school. The new members of our community who were born outside the US come from 54 countries.
  • In fiscal year 2015, 935 degrees were awarded.
