UCSF at a Glance


UC San Francisco, which became part of the University of California in 1873, is the only UC campus dedicated exclusively to the health sciences. UCSF is home to professional programs in dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, and physical therapy, as well as a Graduate Division that educates graduate students and postdoctoral scholars.
